Are you an independent artist, author, comic creator, crafter, publisher, etc who would like to be listed (for free) on ConventionPrime? Use the form below to submit your profile.
SUBMISSIONS ARE NOW OPEN TO INDEPENDENT ARTISTS, CREATORS, AND THEIR SMALL BUSINESSES IN NORTH AMERICA.
NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE AN ONLINE STOREFRONT OF SOME KIND.
You must provide all of the relevant information and files to be added to the site. Read the instructions carefully below. Listings are free, but they take work! We’ll only post what you submit, not hunt down any missing info, so make sure you get it all to us at once!
English submissions only please! (Unfortunately, it’s the only language I can read/speak fluently. That’s on me, folx, sorry.)
Image Specs & Templates
For greater control of your listing’s Featured Image, submit a custom JPG with these dimensions: 750px wide x 381px high (72dpi).
For your convenience, you can download the PSD/PNG Featured Image templates (.zip file).
Product images will be resized and compressed to max width/height of 1000 pixels at 72dpi.
Additional notes & considerations:
Please note: The ConventionPrime organizers reserve the right to refuse any submission at our sole discretion, without notice. If we have questions or concerns about your submission, we’ll email you as soon as possible.
Artists/works with expressly bigoted, misogynistic, racist, or otherwise hateful content will NOT be considered.
Please, no images with nudity or explicitly erotic content.
Please expect 2-3 business days to get your page live, maybe more in high demand times (like the weekend of a big cancelled convention).
Have questions? Drop us a line on the Contact page.
We’ll let you know when your profile goes live. When it does, we ask that you please share your profile, or just share a link to ConventionPrime. This helps support your fellow artists on the site and helps costumers find new products to buy!
This service is provided FREE (no fees, no affiliate links, no commissions). But it still costs money to run, and takes work to post artist profiles. If you’d like to support the site and its creator, you can do so via Ko-Fi.
